Returns Policy

We are unable to accept returns on all food products. We will, however, reship products in the event they arrive damaged or otherwise defective. If you have any issues with your order, Contact Us with your order number and details about the product.

Canada Shipping Policy

For all orders being shipped to any location within Canada, a per order fee applies. All orders will be shipped simultaneously. Depending on stock availability, cookie rollout dates, shipping requirements, and transit time, orders may experience a delay between submission date and ship date. Orders placed with expedited shipping options selected will be given priority to go out as soon as possible. Some exceptions may apply based on product stock availability. If you have an urgent need for your order, please specify in the notes and we'll do what we can to meet your requirements.
